When you book a call through our scheduling tool (Cal.com), we collect your name, email address, and any information you include in the booking form. This data is used to schedule and conduct our conversation. Calls are held via Google Meet.

When you send us a message through the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This data is used to respond to your enquiry.

Third-party services

Our website and services use the following third-party providers:

Cal.com (scheduling) - processes your booking data on their servers. Cal.com is GDPR compliant and processes data within the EU.

Google Meet (video calls) - processes call data according to Google's privacy policy. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Netlify (website hosting) - hosts this website and may collect basic server logs including IP addresses. Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis

We process your data based on legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry, delivering services you've requested) under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and based on your consent when you voluntarily submit your information through booking or contact forms.

How long we keep your data

We keep your contact information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver services. If we don't end up working together, we delete your data within 12 months of our last contact.
